- Typical data: name, ID details, address, contact details, activity description
- Legal basis: contract performance and our legal obligations toward Romanian authorities
- Data is shared with the Trade Register (ONRC) and tax authority (ANAF) only as required to complete your file
- We retain files as long as required by law, then securely delete them
- You can request access, rectification, deletion or portability of your data at any time

Who is the data controller. The team operating PFAExpert.ro is the controller for the personal data you submit through the site, our forms, email or WhatsApp.
Cookies and analytics. We use a small number of cookies for language preference and anonymous traffic measurement. See our Cookie Policy for details and to manage your preferences.
International transfers. Your data stays within the EU/EEA. Where we use third-party tools (e.g. for email delivery), we choose providers that comply with GDPR.
Your rights. Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to restrict / object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
