Clear steps, transparent fees
- PFAExpert.ro is an independent private service provider
- We are not affiliated with the Romanian Trade Register (ONRC), tax authorities (ANAF) or any other public institution
- We prepare and submit documentation on your behalf — we do not issue official documents
- Government fees and stamp duties are paid directly to the institutions
- Service fees are paid up front; refunds apply if we have not yet submitted the file
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide
- Timelines depend on the authorities and can vary; we communicate any delays
Scope of service. We prepare the documents required for your chosen procedure, advise on the next steps and submit the file electronically where possible. The decision on your application is issued by the competent authority, not by us.
Communication. We use email, WhatsApp and the contact form on this site. Documents that must be signed by you are sent for electronic or handwritten signature, depending on the procedure.
Limitation of liability. We are responsible for the professional preparation of your file. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect information you provide, by changes in the law, or by decisions of public authorities.
