Extend the professional office of your PFA
Is your office contract close to expiring? We prepare the addendum or the new contract and register the extension with the Trade Register.
- Addendum or brand-new contract
- Owner consent included
- Online filing with the Trade Register
- Tax authority notified, certificate updated
When an extension is needed
The professional office of a PFA is valid for a limited time, according to the lease or free-use agreement. Before it expires, the extension request must be filed with the Trade Register, otherwise the PFA can be struck off ex officio.
- The lease or free-use agreement expires soon
- You want to avoid being struck off ex officio
- You signed an addendum with the owner
- You switched from a fixed term to an open-ended contract
