Extend a working point of your PFA
Is the contract for your working point close to expiring? We prepare the addendum or the new contract and register the extension with the Trade Register.
- Addendum or brand-new contract
- Owner consent included
- Online filing with the Trade Register
- Tax authority updated
When you extend a working point
A working point stays valid for as long as the lease or free-use agreement is valid. The extension request must be filed with the Trade Register before it expires, otherwise the working point is struck off by operation of law.
- The lease or free-use agreement expires soon
- You want to avoid the working point being struck off
- You signed an addendum with the owner
- You are switching from a fixed term to an open-ended contract
